We are currently seeking an experienced Application Transition Coordinator to support a major managed services transition programme across application support, service desk, infrastructure, network, and end-user services.

• Coordinate end-to-end application transition activities across multiple support domains
• Identify and address knowledge gaps within Service Desk and support teams
• Oversee knowledge transfer sessions, documentation reviews, and transition readiness
• Ensure application documentation, runbooks, and support procedures are complete and up to date
• Monitor risks, issues, timelines, and supplier readiness throughout the transition
• Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, suppliers, and service management teams
• Provide regular reporting on transition progress, risks, and governance activities

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years’ professional IT experience
• Proven experience within Service Management, Knowledge Management and Service Desk environments
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM
• Previous experience managing transitions between outsourcing providers
• Experience working with enterprise application support models and operational governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional English
• Able to work onsite in Brussels at least twice per week

• ITSM governance and transition methodologies
• Experience coordinating complex transition workstreams across multiple teams and suppliers
