SAP Payroll Consultant (PY-BE) | Belgian Payroll | Senior | Belgium | Remote

Camarade is looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to lead Belgian payroll implementation projects, full lifecycle from Blueprint to Hypercare. This is a hands-on configuration role.

You'll work directly with the client. Structured delivery, clear scope, independent workstream.

Responsabilités / Responsibilities

→ Business Blueprint design for Belgian payroll requirements

→ Client workshops, requirements definition and sign-off with HR and payroll stakeholders

→ PY-BE configuration: wage types, payroll schemas, calculation rules

→ Belgian statutory compliance

→ Unit testing, UAT support and parallel payroll run management

→ Cutover planning and go-live execution

→ Post go-live Hypercare support

Votre profil / Your Profile

→ Proven hands-on SAP Payroll (PY-BE) configuration experience

→ Delivered at least one full end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation

→ Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation and statutory compliance requirements

→ Comfortable leading client workshops and advising HR and payroll stakeholders directly

→ Works independently within a structured consulting environment

→ Based in Belgium

→ Dutch or French + English (written and spoken)
