Business Analyst

Freelance Business Analyst – Life Insurance

Brussels (1210) | 8-month contract | Hybrid (2 days on-site)

We’re currently working with an insurance client in Brussels who is looking for a freelance Business Analyst with experience in life insurance to support ongoing projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with business and IT teams to gather and refine requirements
  • Reviewing and improving existing processes
  • Supporting delivery across key life insurance initiatives (e.g. policy admin, claims, underwriting)
  • Translating business needs into clear functional specs

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid BA experience within life insurance
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working across both business and technical teams
  • English required; French or Dutch is a bonus
  • Able to be on-site in Brussels twice a week
