The Cookware Company is currently seeking a Merchandiser (EMEA)

The job:

As a Merchandiser, you play a key role in ensuring our online product assortment is accurately presented, fully stocked, and optimized for maximum commercial impact. You are responsible for the day-to-day execution of online merchandising activities across our digital platforms, supporting campaigns, product launches, and ongoing optimization initiatives.

You work closely with E-Commerce Product Owners, Digital Marketing Managers, and the E-Commerce & Digital Manager to ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience that aligns with our brand standards and growth ambitions.

This is a hands-on and dynamic role for someone who combines strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset and a passion for e-commerce excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You ensure accurate and optimized online product presentation by maintaining product content (images, descriptions, pricing, and stock) and aligning pages with brand guidelines.
  • You execute promotions and campaigns by implementing content, aligning product placement, and coordinating with product owners and marketing teams.
  • You monitor product performance and stock levels by tracking KPIs (sales, conversion, availability) and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • You support category management and assortment planning by analyzing trends, best-sellers, and improvement opportunities.
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, marketing, operations, and IT to ensure smooth execution.
  • You ensure process compliance and quality by maintaining accurate and compliant product data.
  • You contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and supporting process and tool enhancements.
  • You focus on customer experience by using insights to improve product presentation, engagement, and conversion.

This is you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or digital content management (internships included)
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and accurate way of working
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams
  • Commercial mindset and affinity with online retail and digital customer journeys
  • Familiarity with PIM systems, e-commerce platforms, or merchandising tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French are a plus)
  • A passion for cooking, healthy living, or sustainability is a strong plus
