Business Development, M&A & Alliances Team Assistant Location: Freelance - 6 months with possible extension
We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation supporting their Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Alliance & Integration Management functions to find a Team Assistant to support a fast‑paced Business Development, M&A, and Alliance & Integration Management team within a leading pharmaceutical environment.
The team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, executing, and integrating strategic partnerships, alliances, and M&A transactions globally. As part of a small team of assistants, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior stakeholders across multiple sub‑teams, playing a critical role in enabling smooth execution of complex, high‑profile initiatives.
Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses for senior stakeholders
Provide administrative support across Business Development, M&A, and Alliance teams
Experience in a corporate administrative or team support role
Proven ability to support senior leaders in a fast‑paced, confidential environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Strong Microsoft Office / M365 skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Confident data, document, and reporting capability
Proactive, adaptable, and supportive team player
