What You’ll Do:
• Support and maintain the ServiceNow HAM module
• Troubleshoot bugs, integrations, and platform issues
• Ensure CMDB and Asset-CI synchronization accuracy
• Improve dashboards, reports, and stockroom workflows
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM & HAM
• ServiceNow CSA certification (required)
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Fluent English & French communication skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
• CIS-HAM certification
• Experience with CSM, HRSD, or SPM modules
• Scripting and platform customization knowledge
