Senior Associate – Employment Law – Brussels

You will work on complex, high-level cases within a collaborative and multicultural environment, benefiting from flexible work arrangements and direct exposure to international clients. Your Responsibilities

• Advise national and international clients on a broad range of Belgian employment law matters, both individual and collective
• Manage and take ownership of files with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with partners, including the Managing Partner
• Work on multi-jurisdictional cases in coordination with international offices and collaborate with other departments such as Corporate M&A and Real Estate
• Represent clients in court and actively participate in hearings and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality legal support and responsiveness

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Law with a specialization or strong interest in employment law
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in employment law within a law firm
• Fluent in English, with excellent command of French and/or Dutch
• Strong analytical and legal reasoning skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, rigorous approach, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
