Note : this function is a 2 day/week position.
My client is a fast-growing, agile start-up of 20 people based in Brussels and Louvain La Neuve, looking for a hands-on HR & Admin profile to bring structure, reliability, and follow-through into their day-to-day operations.
The goal is simple: ensure everything runs smoothly and deadlines are consistently met.
You role:
You act as a central operational backbone, ensuring that administrative and HR processes are properly managed and executed.
On the day to day, you will be responsible for the following :
- Client invoicing and contract monitoring
- Handling incoming invoices and subcontractor contracts
- Fleet, office assets, and insurance management
- Inbox, mail, and administrative follow-up
- Subsidies and HR administration (contracts, policies)
- Payroll support and accounting assistance
Your profile
- Highly organized and structured
- Proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs
- Comfortable with HR , administrative, and accounting tools
- Fluent in French and English or Dutch
- Able to work autonomously
- Interested in AI tools such as ChatGPT
