Process & Investments Manager

BioWanze is not only the largest producer of bio-ethanol in Belgium, but this modern facility also is the most innovative bio-ethanol factory in Europe. Our CO 2-optimized factory uses renewable raw materials to produce bio-ethanol for the fuel industry. In comparison with fossil fuels, we save up to 80% of the greenhouse gas emissions. Besides bio-ethanol BioWanze also produces ProtiWanze, a protein rich and high quality feed product, as well as gluten for the food and animal feed sector and liquified CO 2 . In order to reinforce our team, we are looking for an experienced Process & Investments Manager As Process & Investment Manager you Develop, maintain, and improve production processes within BioWanze, manage and/or follow-up on future plant (project) investments in accordance with QHSE guidelines and the plant strategy in order to optimize the reliability, sustainability, efficiency and capacity of the plant’s processes and ensure the realization of investments projects at BioWanze.   Analyse, design, implement and improve production processes so as to ensure their reliability and efficiency  · Prepare, propose, and upon approval, manage the process and investments budget for BioWanze in collaboration with the Plant Director and/or Financial Controlling Manager · quality, volume, timing etc.) You have a relevant master’s degree (e.g. (The MSOffice suite has no secrets for you (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP is a real advantage. Working under pressure is not a problem for you and you have strong relational and communication capabilities, both in French and English, so as to effectively lead your team of 4 people as well as manage your stakeholder network.
