This role is designed for an entrepreneurial and relationship-driven professional with strong expertise in wealth management and a proven ability to develop and manage high-net-worth client relationships.
As a trusted advisor to wealthy private clients, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals while delivering tailor-made wealth management solutions.
You will combine business development, investment advisory, and relationship management skills to provide a holistic approach covering investments, lending, wealth structuring, and banking services.
Business Development & Client AcquisitionDevelop and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clientsIdentify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market visibilityBuild long-term relationships based on trust and high-quality service
Wealth Management AdvisoryAdvise clients on investments, asset allocation, portfolio construction, financing solutions, and broader wealth planning topicsAnalyze clients' objectives and financial situations to propose tailored strategiesEnsure solutions remain aligned with short-, medium-, and long-term client goals
Client Relationship ManagementDeliver a premium and highly personalized client experienceAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding financial and investment mattersMaintain regular follow-up and proactively identify opportunities or risks
Internal CollaborationWork closely with internal specialists across investments, credit, wealth planning, and trust servicesCollaborate with other senior advisors to maximize team performance and client coverage
Risk & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management policiesMaintain high ethical standards and a strong sense of client confidentiality
Education & ExperienceSignificant experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a related financial advisory environmentStrong track record in developing relationships with high-net-worth individualsExperience in business development and client acquisition
Technical KnowledgeGood understanding of:investment managementasset allocationportfolio constructionlending and banking solutionswealth and estate planning conceptsCFA or equivalent qualification is considered a plus
LanguagesFluent in English, French, and Dutch
