Office Manager


Note : this function is a 2 day/week position.


My client is a fast-growing, agile start-up of 20 people based in Brussels and Louvain La Neuve, looking for a hands-on HR & Admin profile to bring structure, reliability, and follow-through into their day-to-day operations.

The goal is simple: ensure everything runs smoothly and deadlines are consistently met.


You role:

You act as a central operational backbone, ensuring that administrative and HR processes are properly managed and executed.

On the day to day, you will be responsible for the following :


  • Client invoicing and contract monitoring
  • Handling incoming invoices and subcontractor contracts
  • Fleet, office assets, and insurance management
  • Inbox, mail, and administrative follow-up
  • Subsidies and HR administration (contracts, policies)
  • Payroll support and accounting assistance


Your profile

  • Highly organized and structured
  • Proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs
  • Comfortable with HR , administrative, and accounting tools
  • Fluent in French and English or Dutch
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Interested in AI tools such as ChatGPT
