Project: Office Infrastructure Development

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Contract: Freelance

Experience: Minimum 3 years with Revit

Languages: French preferred; English acceptable

Role Overview

The Revit Designer will support architectural, electrical, and technical design development for a mid‑scale office infrastructure project in Brussels. The role focuses on producing coordinated Revit models and technical documentation aligned with Belgian standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for architectural, electrical, and infrastructure layouts.
• Produce technical drawings, plans, sections, and schedules.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Support clash detection and model updates across project phases.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian building and electrical regulations.
• Contribute to design reviews and technical coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional Revit experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical layouts, cable routing, lighting plans, and small‑power distribution.
• Experience with office fit‑out or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with Belgian/EU construction and electrical standards is an advantage.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
