About the role

Atos is seeking a senior, forward-thinking Consulting Industry Partner to lead strategic engagements across the Private Sector ecosystem, with a strong focus on Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Pharma, and Supply Chain industries.

This is a high-impact client-facing leadership role combining business consulting, strategic advisory, digital transformation, and commercial growth responsibilities. The successful candidate will possess a strong network within the Private Sector environment and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at senior executive and board level.

You will act as a trusted advisor to private sector clients, helping them define and execute transformation strategies that combine operational modernization, business optimization, and technology innovation. This role requires a strong understanding of how industry organizations operate, their operational and market challenges, and how technology and consulting services can support business growth, operational efficiency, resilience, and innovation from both a functional and business perspective.

The role combines consulting leadership with business development and sales accountability. You will help grow and position Atos Consulting (Amplify portfolio) within the Private Sector by identifying opportunities, shaping strategic engagements, and translating business challenges into technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted senior advisor to private sector organizations across Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Pharma, and Supply Chain industries.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships and networks within target industries, including C-level leadership and senior business stakeholders.
• Help define and evolve Atos’ go-to-market strategy for the Private Sector and drive the growth ambition of the Consulting business within strategic industry accounts.
• Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on business transformation, digital modernization, AI enablement, operational efficiency, process optimization, and innovation.
• Understand industry priorities, operational challenges, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical consulting and technology transformation initiatives.
• Advise customers from a functional and business perspective, helping them understand how technology can support operational excellence, customer experience, supply chain resilience, manufacturing optimization, and business growth.
• Take the commercial lead by identifying, developing, and closing consulting opportunities, both standalone and embedded within broader Atos technology programs.
• Drive growth of the Atos Consulting (Amplify) portfolio within the Private Sector ecosystem.
• Own Consulting Profit & Loss (Revenue and Margin) responsibilities across dedicated industry accounts.
• Lead strategic account planning and transformation roadmaps aligned with clients’ business and technology objectives.
• Promote AI-enabled transformation initiatives and advise clients on emerging technologies, innovation opportunities, automation, and digital enablement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Atos Growth teams, Client Executive Partners, and technology practices to position integrated consulting and technology solutions.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring high delivery standards, customer satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, market evolution, operational transformation challenges, and emerging technologies.
• Share consulting best practices, thought leadership, and industry expertise with the broader Atos Consulting community.
• Engage with strategic industry and ecosystem partners to collaboratively deliver value-driven outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• A completed academic Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Informatics, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Economics, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent).
• Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in management consulting, technology consulting, digital transformation, or advisory services.
• Proven experience working within Private Sector industries, particularly Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Pharma, and Supply Chain sectors.
• Established network and high-level connections within industry organizations and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong consulting background with the ability to understand industry business and operational challenges and advise clients from a strategic and functional perspective.
• Strong commercial and sales mindset with demonstrated ability to grow consulting business, develop strategic accounts, and close complex opportunities.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and digital innovation, including Data & AI, cloud transformation, business platforms, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Tech-savvy profile with the ability to engage clients on AI enablement, digital modernization, operational optimization, and technology-driven business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to position consulting services that lead to broader technology and transformation programs.
• Experience in shaping and leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex stakeholder environments.
