About the Role

Capyx is looking for a Business & Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, translate requirements into functional specifications, and ensure smooth delivery of projects in a multilingual and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases
• Write user stories, use cases, and process documentation
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Ensure alignment between delivered solutions and business expectations
• Assist in change management and user training when needed

Profile & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Experience in Banking and/or Insurance is a Must
• Experience with tools like BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Experience with APIs and file exchanges (XML, JSON, CSV, XFB, etc.)
• Understanding of architecture concepts
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of data analysis or SQL
• Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, etc.)

Language Requirements

• English: Fluent (mandatory)
• French: Professional level
• Dutch: Professional level
