Political Intelligence is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Public Affairs & Campaigns Consultant to join our Brussels team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across a variety of policy topics from mobility to digital and tech, and is excited by the idea of combining policy, communications, campaigns, stakeholder engagement and business development in one role. This is not a purely sector-focused policy role. We are looking for someone who can move projects forward, bring energy and ideas to clients, craft compelling narratives, and help design impactful advocacy and communications campaigns halfway through the EU mandate. If you are curious, proactive, concise, a strong writer and communicator, and comfortable pitching ideas and engaging with stakeholders, we would love to hear from you. Main Responsibilities: Stay on top of EU policy and political developments across a range of sectors and provide clients with sharp, concise and actionable insights Develop and implement integrated EU advocacy, communications and campaign strategies Draft high-quality policy and communications materials, including position papers, briefing notes, press releases, newsletters, op-eds, speeches and social media content Support and manage policy communications campaigns across digital, media and stakeholder channels Contribute to creative campaign development and strategic storytelling for clients Build and maintain relationships with EU stakeholders, including EU institutions, trade associations, media and industry representatives Coordinate events, webinars, stakeholder outreach and engagement activities Support business development activities, including proposals, client pitches and strategic growth opportunities Contribute actively to the team’s collaborative and entrepreneurial culture What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience in EU public affairs, policy communications, advocacy or campaigns Strong understanding of EU policymaking and stakeholder engagement Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English Someone who is concise, diligent, solution-oriented and able to simplify complex issues into compelling messages A proactive and energetic personality with a strong sense of ownership and initiative Comfortable working across different sectors and policy topics, with curiosity and adaptability rather than deep sector specialisation Someone who enjoys pitching ideas, developing client relationships and helping projects grow Experience with social media, communications campaigns and media engagement is a strong asset A collaborative team player who can also work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment What We Offer: A dynamic and collaborative work environment in a modern workspace The opportunity to work on diverse EU policy and advocacy challenges across sectors Significant exposure to strategic communications, campaigns and client development Opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility Competitive benefits, including extra vacation days and flexible working from home options A strong company culture based on feedback, ownership and transparency How To Join Us: Did you recognize yourself in our description?
