Service Officer

As a Customer Care Officer, you are the first point of contact for our French-speaking and international clients. You will never work alone: you will be part of a close-knit, supportive, and solution-oriented team. Support our clients Ensure clear and high-quality follow-up on requests. Contribute to the knowledge base (articles, guides, videos). Ensure quality and consistency of content in FR / EN / NL Help set up accounts and configure accounting connectors. Take an analytical approach to help clients fully leverage the solution. You hold a Bachelor’s degree. ✔ You have 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Care / Support or a strong interest in this type of role. ✔ You are fluent in Dutch / French and and have a very good level of English. ✔ You enjoy teamwork and helping others grow.
