A growing international logistics and freight forwarding company is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead its Antwerp warehouse and Container Freight Station (CFS) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse import/export operations
• Manage receiving, storage, loading, and dispatch activities
• Lead and develop warehouse staff
• Ensure accurate WMS and inventory management
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate container loading/unloading across various cargo types including pallets, steel coils, drums, crates, and industrial cargo

About You

• Experience in warehouse management within logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or container operations
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of customs, compliance, and warehouse best practices
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving operational environment
