Planner

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Planner / Senior Planner to support large-scale data center construction projects across Belgium and Europe.

This position is ideal for a planning professional with a strong background in complex construction or industrial projects and advanced expertise in Primavera P6 . You will play a key role in project controls, schedule management, progress tracking, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams in fast-paced mission critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays and critical path impacts
• Produce regular progress reports, dashboards and recovery plans
• Interface closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, subcontractors and clients
• Support resource loading, forecasting and sequencing activities
• Participate in progress meetings and planning workshops
• Ensure planning standards and project controls procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner on large construction or industrial projects
• Strong experience in the data center , pharmaceutical, industrial or mission critical sector is highly valued
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6
• Good understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery methodologies
• Ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary schedules
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable working in an international project environment
• Fluent in French and English
