To support this growth, we are looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Sales Management Trainee who wants to develop into a future sales professional within an international B2B environment. As a Management Trainee, you will go through an intensive onboarding and training program where you will get to know the business from A to Z. sales & business development production & quality internal processes and commercial follow-up After your onboarding period, you will gradually evolve into a commercial role focused on developing the Benelux market. supporting the growth of the business in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg You have a bachelor or master degree, or equivalent level through experience You already gained a first professional experience (commercial experience is a plus) You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English A commercial growth trajectory with long-term opportunities A dynamic international environment with short decision lines A young and hands-on team culture Flexibility and homeworking possibilities
