Functional Analyst Senior

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with experience in banking and insurance to analyse, design and support functional solutions across information systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis and translate business needs into functional designs
• Manage concept, planning and preliminary analysis phases
• Define requirements and specifications for system enhancements
• Support changes from development through production
• Analyse service requests (feasibility, impact, timelines)
• Support system upgrades and resolve issues in existing systems

Profile

• +5 years Functional Analyst experience in banking/insurance
• Functional analysis & design of information systems
• Requirements definition & change support (dev → production)
• Service request analysis (feasibility, impact, timelines)
• Agile, analytical thinking, collaborative
• IT Security & software development knowledge
• SQL / DQL
• Fluent in English + NL/FR
