For one of our clients, a leading international public affairs consultancy, we are looking for a Team Coordinator to join their Admin team.
This role offers a great opportunity to combine coordination, event management, and administrative support within a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events (logistics, invitations, materials)
- Support the organisation of large and multi-day events
- Provide on-site support during events
- Assist consultants with document preparation (PowerPoint and Word formatting)
- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain databases and support project tracking
Profile
- Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
