Business Analyst – Integration (Freelance) – West Flanders

A manufacturing and industrial group is looking for a Business Analyst to support the integration of a recently acquired Dutch B2C entity into the group landscape.

The assignment focuses on analysis of existing processes, alignment of business operations, documentation of requirements, and support of integration of systems and data flows between both organizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes across both entities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes

• Support integration of ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and operational systems

• Coordinate workshops with business and IT stakeholders

• Identify process gaps, dependencies, and risks related to the integration

• Support data migration and data alignment activities

Profile

• Experience as Business Analyst in integration or transformation contexts

• Experience with ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems

• Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering
