Salesforce Effectiveness Analyst

Are you analytically driven, comfortable working with people, and experienced in CRM environments like Salesforce? We're looking for you.

What will you do?

  • Analyse Salesforce metrics and report insights to the sales team
  • Support the support team in identifying and describing system issues
  • Train and onboard new sales team members
  • Maintain and manage the CRM system
  • Process and analyse data using advanced Excel

What do you bring?

  • A few years of experience in a comparable analytical role (up to ~5 years)
  • Experience as a Effectiveness Analyst is a nice 2 have
  • Proven experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced functions, data analysis)
  • Good communication skills — you enjoy explaining things and training others
  • Technically minded and proactive
  • Fluent in English (required); French or Dutch is a plus
