Stakha is looking for a GTM Associate to join a very early-stage AI startup (team of 8, including 7 engineers) building a productivity tool for finance and strategy teams.
They’re already working with a key clients (PE funds, M&A advisors, consulting firms…) and are now looking for someone to take ownership of their go-to-market efforts in Europe, with a strong international scope (NYC / London / Amsterdam).

What you’ll do:
- Source and close new clients (funds, banks, consulting firms…)
- Run pilots with prospects and guide them through adoption
- Convert pilots into full rollouts
- Manage accounts, understand usage, and drive upsell / expansion
- Build and refine GTM and sales playbooks
- Act as the bridge between customers and the product team
- Create and post content proactively and building use cases for our client library
What they’re looking for:
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles (additional experience in PE, investment banking, M&A, or strategy consulting is a plus)
- Experience in early-stage startups and/or B2B enterprise environments
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle + creative in lead generation
- Strong ownership mindset, builder mentality
- Fluent English required
- Interest in tech / AI products
