Our Capacity solutions are a large portion of our EMEA business and focuses on where our customers wants scale and capability but they own the outcome of their projects. What you’ll be doing

As a Solutions Consultant you will play a key role in the presales lifecycle , helping turn customer challenges into well-structured solutions. In short, you will help ensure the right people, skills, and solutions are aligned to support our customers’ goals.

You will:

  • Partner with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to qualify and shape opportunities
  • Work directly with customers to understand their technology and capability needs
  • Design capacity-based solutions that align with our delivery model and strategic priorities
  • Develop Statements of Work, solution proposals, and pricing inputs
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are realistic, scalable, and valuable
  • Help guide opportunities from early discussions through to successful delivery transition

What kind of background works well in this role

We are specifically looking for someone with:

  • 1 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Experience in a presales, consulting, or customer-facing technical role
  • Exposure to data centre environments
  • Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Ideally you have a high-level understanding or some initial hands-on experience in areas such as:

  • Data centre infrastructure
  • Enterprise operations
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Infrastructure and platform environments
