Enterprise Architect Manager

A global consulting firm is looking for experienced Enterprise Architect to help organisations modernise technology landscapes, shape IT strategy, and deliver large-scale transformation programmes.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with senior stakeholders to design future-ready operating models, architecture strategies, and governance frameworks.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading enterprise architecture and transformation initiatives
• Designing target architectures, capability models, and technology roadmaps
• Advising on cloud, AI, governance, and emerging technology strategy
• Driving architecture maturity assessments and strategic change programmes
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions
• Supporting client growth, proposals, and strategic advisory engagements

What we’re looking for:

• 4–10 years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, or Technology Consulting
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN
• Experience delivering transformation programmes and architecture roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Interest in AI, cloud, and modern enterprise technology trends
• Fluent English plus French or Dutch
