- Collaborate closely with internal qualification engineers acting as project leads
- Adapt to shifting daily priorities with flexibility and a problem-solving mindset
- Provide occasional support for report drafting when required.
Your Profile
- You have proven experience in qualification and/or validation, with a focus on packaging equipment — essential to be operational from day one
- You have minimum 3 years of qualification experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical setting
- You are autonomous, hands-on and execution-focused — you get things done without needing constant guidance
- You feel comfortable with on-site work and a dynamic, ever-changing daily schedule
- French is mandatory — daily interactions on the shop floor require it
- GMP environment experience is a strong asset
- Exposure to CSV (Computer System Validation) or other qualification types is a plus.
What we offer
- A human‑scaled consulting company focused on expertise, partnership, and career development
- Long‑term assignments with leading pharmaceutical players
