Be the CEO's right hand Own the CEO's priorities. Own cross-functional projects that don't have a clear owner: partnerships, hiring pipelines, grant applications, legal coordination, event logistics Help shape our go-to-market as we expand into new products and new geographies Build the decks, models, and briefs that help the founders make better decisions, faster Build playbooks, templates, and processes that let a 5-person team operate like a 20-person one Help build a team that matches our speed 1–4 years in consulting, VC, startups, or high-intensity operating roles ~ AI-native: you use AI tools to move faster than people think is possible ~ Strong analytical chops: comfortable with spreadsheets, financial models, and data ~ Genuinely excited about early-stage chaos.
