Freelance Project: Data Analyst – Reporting

Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen a reporting team and support a high‑priority data project. You will act as a bridge between business and data teams, translating requirements into data‑driven insights and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ongoing reporting work and ensure timely delivery
• Translate business requirements into technical data definitions
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (BI tools)
• Deliver end‑to‑end reporting solutions (analysis → query → dashboard)
• Collaborate with business, operations and data teams
• Present insights to stakeholders when needed

Profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into data solutions
• Hands‑on experience with SQL (critical)
• Experience with reporting tools and dashboarding
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience with Qlik, Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with Snowflake
• Familiarity with tools like Jira / Confluence
