Position: Administration and Sales Officer
Location: On-site, Overijse (Belgium)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administration and Sales Officer to join our friendly team full-time. This role is integral to ensuring smooth sales operations, engaging with customers, and managing administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Generate and nurture leads to drive sales growth.
- Coordinate and oversee sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain high service standards.
- Organize and manage sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proven abilities in lead generation and sales operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in automotive sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in French or Dutch ( additional languages such as Portuguese and/or Italian is highly desirable).
