Position: Administration and Sales Officer

Location: On-site, Overijse (Belgium)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administration and Sales Officer to join our friendly team full-time. This role is integral to ensuring smooth sales operations, engaging with customers, and managing administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Generate and nurture leads to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate and oversee sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide excellent customer support and maintain high service standards.
  • Organize and manage sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven abilities in lead generation and sales operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in French or Dutch ( additional languages such as Portuguese and/or Italian is highly desirable).
