Junior Project Manager - Geel (Belgium) - Permanent Position

We are currently recruiting a Junior Project Manager to join an established provider of technical solutions delivering projects ranging from standard products to fully customised, end-to-end installations.

With strong in-house engineering expertise, experienced technical teams, and dedicated service support, the company delivers high-quality and cost-effective solutions tailored to client requirements across a range of international industries.

In this role, you will support the coordination and execution of projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to installation and on-site commissioning.

Working closely with senior project managers and technical teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from start to finish
• Support the management of project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Track project progress and help identify risks, delays, or potential issues
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external suppliers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
• Organise meetings, prepare project documentation, and follow up on action points
• Help maintain accurate project records, reports, and schedules
• Support problem-solving and contribute to practical solutions when challenges arise
• Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
• Ensure clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another technical field
• Some experience through internships, placements, or an entry-level project coordination role is an advantage
• Strong interest in project management and technical environments
• Organised, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
