That is why we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to help build and grow our presence in the Walloon market.
Your impact
This is not a traditional sales role.
You will join Robaws at a key moment where there is still plenty of room to shape the commercial approach in Wallonia. You will not only build a customer portfolio but also play a strategic role in establishing and scaling our presence in the region.
You will work closely with business owners and decision-makers in construction and installation companies, understanding their challenges and helping them optimize their operations through Robaws.
Together with marketing and management, you will contribute to:
• Commercial strategy in Wallonia
• Market positioning
• Local partnerships
• Lead generation initiatives
• Go-to-market execution
You will have a high level of autonomy, ownership, and influence on the future growth of the company.
What you will do
Drive commercial growth in Wallonia
• Build and manage your own customer portfolio
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
• Generate new business through prospecting and networking
• Follow up inbound leads in a qualitative way
• Negotiate with business owners and senior decision-makers
Contribute strategically
• Help define how Robaws further expands in Wallonia
• Collaborate closely with marketing on local campaigns and visibility
• Bring market insights and customer feedback back to the team
Become a trusted advisor
• Understand the day-to-day operations of construction and installation companies
• Advise customers on process optimization and digitalization
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and expertise
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a senior commercial profile with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and building long-term success.
You bring:
• Several years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Experience with complex B2B sales cycles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to independently develop and grow a region
• Affinity with the construction or installation sector
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Languages
• Fluent in French
• Professional proficiency in Dutch or English
