Senior Energy Transition Lead - Industrial Decarbonization | Nivelles & Grimbergen

At Stark Recruitment , we work with leading players in their fields. Today, we are recruiting on behalf of one of our partners, a global leader in multi-technical services, a Senior Energy Transition Lead within their energy and decarbonization consulting department.
This is a unique national entity, in strong growth, composed of around ten consultants, operating upstream with clients to build their complete decarbonization roadmap. You will be joining a fast-moving structure with a true right-hand role to the Practice Director, where you will bring both your technical expertise and your commercial drive.
Your responsibilities
- Advise and support clients in defining, planning and implementing their energy transition and decarbonization strategy
- Act as the technical reference point for your team and your clients
- Lead and mentor junior consultants on projects
- Manage your projects on a day-to-day basis and ensure budget tracking
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards
- Develop innovative data-driven solutions to improve energy performance and site sustainability
- Work in synergy with the group's various teams to develop integrated offerings (monitoring, EPC, digital services, carbon financing)
- Represent the department at events, workshops and client benchmarks
- Actively develop commercial relationships and manage a client portfolio independently
Your profile
- Civil or industrial engineering degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in one or more disciplines: HVAC, energy, decarbonization, ideally in a multi-technical engineering firm and/or industrial environment
- Bilingual French/Dutch
- Outgoing personality with a genuine commercial drive: you don't wait for projects to come to you, you go after them
- Good understanding of control systems, energy monitoring and digital performance tracking tools
- Strong project management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Autonomy, proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset

- Salary package between €82,000 and €90,000 gross per year depending on profile
- Annual bonus between 7% and 10%
