We’re looking for a Technical Customer Journey Specialist for one of our clients’ teams. Contribute to CRO initiatives, A/B testing, and conversion optimization efforts. Strong knowledge of JSON and a solid technical affinity. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Comfortable taking initiative and proactively engaging with teams. Able to work in an analytical, data-driven environment with an informal culture. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
