Driven by innovation and strong international ambitions, Unisensor is now structuring its EMEA sales organization — and hiring a Sales Manager for the South Zone.


The Role

As Sales Manager EMEA South, you are the business owner of your territory. You combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to develop markets, structure distribution, and drive both direct and indirect sales across the region.

High autonomy on distributor selection, commercial negotiations, and territory prioritization — with strong support from internal teams (technical, marketing, corporate accounts).

The role evolves toward team leadership as the organization grows. ~50% travel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop direct sales and distributor networks across Southern EMEA; establish KPIs, conduct business reviews, and drive corrective actions
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing on key accounts
  • Define and monitor forecasts, pipeline health, and performance via CRM
  • Analyze market data, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, regulatory, and operations
  • Manage regional budget and engage with key opinion leaders


Profile

Mandatory

  • Scientific/technical background or equivalent through experience
  • 3+ years in international B2B sales in the life science sector (food diagnostics strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience managing both direct sales and distributors across EMEA
  • Comfortable selling complex, scientific products requiring technical credibility
  • Arabic & English fluent (C1 minimum)
  • Comfortable with ~50% travel


Assets

  • Spanish — strongly recommended
  • French — a plus
  • CRM proficiency and structured performance management

  • Hunter & farmer mindset — strong BD drive + long-term account development
  • Autonomous, structured, at ease in international and entrepreneurial environments
