As our new Marketing Assistant , you will play a central role in bringing our communication strategy to life and supporting impactful marketing initiatives, both internally and externally.
In this varied and hands-on role , you will work closely with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to help ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities aligned with our annual marketing plan. From communication support to coordination and creative input, your contribution will have visible impact within an innovative healthcare environment.

You are responsible for executing and coordinating communication activities according to the marketing plan.
Online Communication:
• Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, booklets, letters)
• Design and layout using tools such as InDesign or similar software
• Coordinate printing and ensure quality of deliverables
• Ensure all marketing and sales materials are accessible, up-to-date, and shared with sales and product teams
• Share marketing activities and results during quarterly sales meetings
• Support the organization of internal events (sales meetings, kick-offs, team events)
• Facilitate communication between marketing and other departments
Provide day-to-day marketing support and assist with ad hoc operational tasks
• Support project management and follow-up of marketing initiatives
• Maintain marketing databases and documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or (Web) Design
• Young potential: a first relevant experience (internship or junior role) is a plus
• Creative with eye for detail and design
• Interest in the medical or healthcare industry, with willingness to learn and grow
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe InDesign, email marketing platforms, or CMS systems is a plus
