Role Description

The Sales & Support Team Leader for Europe & Middle East will oversee and manage a regional team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day sales activities, fostering strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support. The role requires effective team management, driving performance to meet sales targets, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. This is a full-time hybrid position, based in Central Europe, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a seamless client experience
• Strong Team Management skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a diverse and dynamic team
• Excellent Communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive Sales and meet or exceed targets
• Proactive problem-solving ability and strategic thinking to handle challenges effectively
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and measurement technologies and hi flow sampling
• Fluency in English; additional language skills for the region are preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, management, or a relevant field
