Growth Engineer

We help large enterprises cut energy costs and valorize flexibility by steering their energy use in sync with market prices and renewable generation.

We're hiring a Growth Engineer to build and run our commercial automation engine.

You'll own the full funnel: combining code, AI tooling, and automation to drive pipeline at scale.

What we are looking for

• Technical background: you can write code, work with APIs, and build automations end to end. This is not a marketing role.
• Hands-on with AI tools and LLM workflows: you know how to prompt, chain, and integrate models into real processes.
• Proficient with growth stacks: Apollo, Lemlist, n8n, HubSpot, or similar.
• Analytical mindset: you instrument what you build, measure what works, and iterate fast.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and likes building from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in fast-moving environments where you shape your own success.
