Role Description

As a Principal AI Engineer at Litecycle you will lead the delivery on projects: from architecture to production code, evaluations, and full integration into the client's stack. We work in cycles of eight to twelve weeks. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Production AI experience in real-world settings: retrieval-augmented generation, evals, fine-tuning, agentic systems.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and proficiency in Software Development
• Fluent in TypeScript/Python; comfortable with cloud (Vercel, Azure) and data stacks.
• Builder mindset: prefer shipping over prototyping.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
• A grasp of the operational reality of mid-sized companies.
• Experience in leading AI projects and engaging with clients is a strong advantage
