Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and administration for the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform
- Maintain and enhance existing workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning processes
- Support and optimise Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes
- Manage access requests, approvals, certifications, and user access reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity, access, and provisioning-related issues
- Monitor platform performance and contribute to overall system stability and reliability
- Support integrations with enterprise applications and directory services
- Work closely with IAM and security teams to strengthen governance, compliance, and operational efficiency
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Proven track record supporting and maintaining live IIQ environments
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, access governance, and identity lifecycle management
- Experience with access certifications, request workflows, and provisioning integrations
- Previous experience working within large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously in a freelance/contract setting
