Market Access Manager

A growing specialty healthcare company with a strong European footprint is seeking an experienced Market Access Manager to lead its pan-European reimbursement strategy. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with direct influence on how innovative products reach patients across key markets — and real scope to shape the company's market access capability from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

▪ Market Access Strategy

Define and implement European reimbursement strategies, monitor payer landscapes, and develop mitigation plans for cost-containment pressures.

▪ Health Economics & Outcomes Research

Build economic models, capture real-world evidence, and translate clinical data into compelling payer-relevant value propositions and dossiers.

▪ Payer Engagement

Support reimbursement negotiations, engage with HTA bodies and healthcare authorities, and develop structured payer communication tools for affiliates.

▪ Evidence Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment

Work with Regulatory and Clinical Affairs to align regulatory claims, clinical evidence and reimbursement positioning; contribute to evidence generation strategies.

▪ Affiliate Support & Market Access Tools

Provide structured market access guidance and standardised frameworks to European affiliates; share best practices and payer insights across markets.

▪ Team & Capability Development

Mentor a Market Access Specialist, strengthen internal market access capabilities, and promote cross-functional knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

✓ Degree in Health Economics, Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy or a related field

✓ 7–10 years of experience in Market Access, Health Economics, or Reimbursement within medical devices or healthcare

✓ Strong knowledge of European healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and HTA processes

✓ Ability to develop value dossiers and translate clinical evidence into economic arguments for payers

✓ Experience supporting payer discussions, reimbursement negotiations, and value communication

✓ Ability to work cross-functionally with Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial teams

✓ Fluent English required; Dutch, French and/or German a strong asset

✓ Experience mentoring junior team members is an asset
