Test Process Engineer – Allison Transmissions Bruges

Allison Transmissions Bruges zoekt een Test Process Engineer die testprocessen optimaliseert en mee bouwt aan een veilige, efficiënte en innovatieve productieomgeving. Je komt terecht in een sterk cross-functioneel team die dagelijks de standaard verzetten in hoe transmissies gebouwd en getest worden.

Jouw rol

• Ontwikkelen, verbeteren en beheren van testprocessen, testtooling en testdata
• Optimaliseren van lay-outs en procesflows die veiligheid en efficiëntie verhogen
• Meewerken aan en trekker zijn in Industry 4.0 initiatieven
• Analyseren van testdata, uitvoeren van R&R‑studies
• Implementeren van nieuwe testbanken & technologieën
• Ondersteunen van productie bij testissues

Wat breng je mee

• Master Industrieel/Burgerlijk Ingenieur (Electro‑/Mechanica) of gelijkwaardig
• Technisch sterk, analytisch, nauwkeurig
• Kennis van hydraulica is een plus
• Communicatief sterk, proactief, teamgericht
• Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden
• Goede kennis van Engels
