We're looking for a Finance Recruitment Consultant to own and develop our finance client portfolio, someone who's equally comfortable prospecting new business and nurturing existing accounts.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of clients in the finance and fiduciary sectors.
• Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Work hand-in-hand with our recruitment consultants to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Craft tailored recruitment solutions that genuinely address client needs.
• Position yourself as a trusted partner.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in recruitment, finance or professional services.
• A real affinity for the finance and accounting world.
• Sharp communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, and hungry for results.
