A chocolate production facility near Bruges is looking for a Project Engineer to support factory expansion and production upgrade projects within a large-scale confectionery environment.

Projects include upgrades to processing equipment, utilities, cooling systems and packaging infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects from concept through commissioning
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and installation activities
• Prepare technical documentation and project planning activities
• Work closely with production teams during project execution
• Support upgrades to processing, packaging and utility systems

Requirements

• Experience managing industrial engineering projects
• Experience within food, chocolate or FMCG environments preferred
• Mechanical, process or electromechanical engineering background
• Experience coordinating installation and commissioning activities
• Dutch mandatory
