Financial Controller - Antwerp, Belgium Are you a finance professional who enjoys combining strong accounting knowledge with analytical depth and business impact? An ambitious and fast-growing technology services organisation is looking for a Financial Controller to strengthen its finance team. As Financial Controller, you will play a central role in supporting the finance function and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting across multiple entities. Working closely with the Finance Manager and business leaders, you will help drive financial insight, operational efficiency, and reporting quality while contributing to the ongoing professionalisation of the finance department. Coordinating monthly closing activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting Performing margin, variance, and profitability analyses Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Supporting internal controls and ensuring compliance with financial regulations Coordinating audit processes and preparing annual accounts and corporate tax documentation Working closely with stakeholders across different business units to provide financial insight and support decision-making Contributing to digitalisation and finance process improvement initiatives Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a similar finance role Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles Experience with budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI reporting Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Fluent in Dutch and English A varied and high-impact finance role with real ownership Company car, insurance package, mobile subscription, and additional extras
