NEXEO is looking for – Project & Process Manager – Financial Security (KYC / AML)

NEXEO is currently looking for a Project & Process Manager for a mission based in Brussels, with a hybrid working setup.

We are seeking a consultant to support project and process management activities within Corporate Banking, focusing on Financial Security topics (KYC, AML, Sanctions & Embargoes) in a complex and international environment.

Mission Overview

The consultant will be responsible for managing projects and optimizing processes related to daily banking activities and financial security for corporate clients.

You will operate within a highly complex environment, involving multiple tools, processes, and regulatory frameworks across an international banking group.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Ensure project governance and delivery (timelines, quality, scope)
• Manage and deliver project outputs , including necessary analysis
• Lead project boards and steering committees
• Monitor project progress and provide structured reporting
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Handle resource and capacity planning
• Drive performance management

Process Management & Improvement

• Identify and implement process optimizations
• Document processes and ensure knowledge sharing
• Provide training and coaching to stakeholders
• Ensure accurate measurement and reporting to management

Profile Required

• Master’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project and/or process management
• Experience or knowledge in Financial Security (KYC, AML, Sanctions)
• Strong capabilities in data analysis and interpretation

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

• Good command of MS Office

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of process modeling
• Experience in change management
