Maintaining contacts with external parties in ProjectWise (eGis / ProjectWise) and taking the necessary actions: request of plans, checks, comments, follow-up of recurring plans, ...
Quality control of the metadata of received plans after the delivery of projects and/or after redlining (on-site adjustments).
Follow-up and execution of the necessary actions when sending plans to the Service Centres.
Together with the team you are part of, you will ensure that all parties involved follow the end-to-end process steps for plan management and conduct regular audits.
You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field (electricity/mechanics), administrative direction or equivalent through experience.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
You have a BA4 or BA5 certificate, or you are willing to follow this training.
You are willing to learn specific software.
Team spirit, flexibility, a positive attitude and good communication skills are among your best qualities.
You are Dutch-speaking. A good knowledge of French is an advantage.
