Duely is an AI-native legal service provider for M&A. We don't sell software or hours - we sell the outcome. We do the work ourselves, powered by our AI. We are building an AI-native law firm, and we are running it like a tech company.

The role

You'll work on real M&A transactions but differently. Instead of burying yourself in repetitive document review, you'll work side by side with AI engineers to build and supervise the AI that does the heavy lifting. You focus on the legal judgment and the relationship with the client. The AI handles the volume.

What we're looking for

• Corporate / M&A experience at a law firm or in-house - years don't matter, confidence and judgment do
• You can expertly guide a deal from start to close
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you're building something, not only practicing law
• Curious about technology - no prior coding skills needed, but you're eager to learn
