Our client, one of Belgium's leading independent law firms based in Brussels, is looking for an associate lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in real estate law.

Missions and responsibilities

• Advise Belgian and international clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, lease agreements, financing and investment structures.

• Draft and negotiate contracts, and litigate before the relevant courts.

• Handle assignments in closely related fields such as environmental law, planning law, energy law and public procurement.

• Collaborate actively with team members to deliver efficient, high-quality legal solutions.

Ideal profile

• Master's degree in Belgian law, with at least 3 years of experience in real estate law, ideally gained in a similar practice.

• Fluent in French and English; Dutch at a professional working level.

• Excellent writing skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.

• Open-minded, quality-driven, and not afraid to challenge and be challenged.

• Any international experience (work or studies abroad) is considered a strong asset.
