Freelance Project: CRM Solution Architect – B2B

Duration: Until end of 2026 (extension possible)

Work Regime: Full‐time, hybrid

Onsite: Monday fixed + 1 flexible day

Languages: English (mandatory), Dutch (nice‐to‐have)

Role

As a Solution Architect, you design end‐to‐end solution architectures for complex business and IT challenges in a B2B context. You translate business needs into scalable, secure and maintainable solutions, ensuring seamless integration across applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and document solution architectures for complex, integrated systems
• Perform high‐level impact analyses and define solution options
• Align with business and technical stakeholders, adapting communication to the audience
• Provide insight into complexity, cost and feasibility; challenge requirements and propose alternatives
• Contribute to application modernization and rationalization
• Enforce architectural guardrails and promote enterprise architecture thinking

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Analytical, autonomous and result‐oriented
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle

Nice‐to‐Have

• Experience in large‐scale transformation programs
• Experience with complex application landscapes
• CRM domain experience (e.g. Salesforce)
• Documentation using Confluence and LeanIX
• Collaboration with offshore teams
